Out in the early morning sunshine, there’s an almost magical light — the kind favoured and sought after by many photographers. For me, it was five minutes of soaking up vitamin D with a full-body stretch, a side bend, and a forward bend with the gift of a clear autumn sky for a perfect start the day.
