A reflective dog walk where I look back on my recent physical activity.
Rather than running, I’m currently using the humble step count as a visible record and accountability prompt to ensure a minimum daily baseline of movement. Made much easier with the help of my canine assistant Maggie!!
While the mindset for activity feels on course, February’s goal is to get nutrition sensible, balanced, and properly on point to nourish my gut microbiome.
