Tuesday Ten

Welcome to my new feature where I’ll be dropping a quick 10-minute workout for you to follow along with every Tuesday.

Each week will mix things up with different levels—some for everyone, beginners, seniors, plus a few mixed-level routines and some that are a bit more intermediate/advanced.

I’ll pop the level in the title so it’s easy to spot, but make sure you warm up your muscles and get your body ready before you start.

I’ve a few warm ideas here

Plus I’ll be adding tips to complement each Tuesday Ten activity.
