It can be a new month, start of the week or for some a new moon which shone over the UK last night. Whatever the motivator if it helps to start the morning with movement then bring it on.
Mon 1st June as I write before heading off to work but still time to break my previous procrastination, ‘get back on the wagon’ and practice what I’ve spouted aplenty 😀
Always feel better afterwards, no matter how short the timeframe.
