A favourite ‘Glute’Stretch . #glutestretch #stretchroutine #seatedyoga

This sequence was part of a longer seated routine. It is also a nice way to relax into a stretch that targets the muscles of your bottom – the ‘glutes’- and continues to release across the outside of the upper leg and back.
