Vinyasa Practice

Short 4 minute flow practice. This was straight off the cuff without any initial prep! I was curious to see how my ‘plough’ pose had regressed from a previously deeper stretch to the the current – work in progress.

I generally prefer a much slower routine, however there’s much energy and vibrancy to be derived from an often hypnotic movement sequence that could be labelled as a vinyasa flow style appreciation of movement.

At the very least, its a easy ‘dance’ that targets the whole – the network of Fascia, probably all muscles groups with a synchronisation of breath, strength and balance. That’s my aim anyway.
