Tight Upper Body?

Sean Avatar

Seated, daily in the same position for long periods of time – like at a desk or work of repetitive nature, can be detrimental for our posture and exacerbate tightness and tension in the neck, shoulders and upper back area.

Hopefully video featuring a selection of moves will prove useful for those of us susceptible to such occupational maladies.

Why on the beach? I may have been demonstrating something else at the time and decided to use the routine as a warm / preparation for more intensive exercise. However, so often our bodies seem to intuitively know what is needed – regardless of location. So, ‘bust a move’ in your pyjamas if you have to or better still use you lunch break to as a minimum timeframe for self care.
