Scroll through #Instagram with a #yoga search and you’ll find some admirable and impressive poses, from wide legged handstands through to amazingly, dexterous physical origami – some require much practice while others require a reality check of what your body can safely achieve.
Meanwhile, in the real world I continue to meet those with ‘bad backs’ ‘tight hamstrings’ or simply the result of modern secular living sat at a desk for 7-8 hours a day 5 days a week.
Here’s a simple sequence that’s quick and should help with those short of time and particularly the non bendy workers mentioned above.
