Going through my back catalogue of exercise videos I figured its time to re-share in the hope that at least one person may find benefit or be prompted to stay active. Of course my intention is to share new videos too! For now, see if you or some one you know might find the following useful;

As always, exercise safely and stop if any pain or discomfort. Those with back/spine issues and certain medical conditions should avoid and/or seek approval from a medical professional.
