Having lived in the city for so long I had forgotten the beauty of bird song with perhaps one exception of playing The Beatles song “Blackbird” during an exercise class cooldown. However today, taking a pause in the sunshine I was able to enjoy calm and bring my attention to breath and a rhythmical melody of nature.
